"ideal location, in a quiet and residential area"
2 minutes walk from the main beach of Peniche, 5 minutes walk from all services
Immerse yourself in the history of Portugal at Casa Boytac by CosyCasa, accommodation with a unique connection to the country's most emblematic architectural style: Manueline.
Located in the "Fishermen's Quarter," the most picturesque and pleasant residential area of Peniche, our studios offer more than just accommodation—they offer a journey through time.
A Tribute to Diogo Boitaca: Outside the building, you can see part of an art that dates back to the 15th century, a tribute to the Manueline Style, driven by the master architect Jacques Boytac (or Diogo Boitaca, in Portuguese).
The same man responsible for masterpieces such as the Belém Tower and the Jerónimos Monastery in Lisbon, the Convent of Christ in Tomar, and the Convent of Jesus in Setúbal.
The theme of Casa Boytac was born from this heritage: we restored the facade while maintaining the original historical elements and named each room after one of his great works.
Located within the city walls, in the picturesque Fishermen's Quarter, the house is just 200 meters from the main beach and a 2-minute walk from the bay that connects Peniche de Cima to Baleal.
